Great facilities (indoor pool was nice and warm), close to beaches, parks, restaurants etc. also has restaurants in the building so don’t need to leave for a good meal! They allowed us an extra hour for check out and we were also able to check in early.

The reception staff are lovely. The view was wonderful. The gift from The Mantra in recognition of my husbands Birthday was very much appreciated. Alovely touch. It was a nice apartment not large but sufficient.

Stayed a week and can definitely say that the staff were very pleasant and professional, from the pool, cleaners, front of desk - all staff. We realised after we departed that we had left our car keys, wallet, some money and a card behind in the room. We spoke to the hotel who assured us all had been found and were in the safe. In particular, the Assistant Manager (initials TG) went way beyond her assigned duties to send the items back to us. She even posted the package out of hours and sent a tracking number. The keys etc were picked up from the PO today. Deep gratitude to the Twin Towns.

Perfect for a short stay. Just a short walk undercover to Twin Towns Club for loads of eating choices, drinks and coffee. The Mantra does the little things just right. There are pump action containers for soap, shampoo and conditioner right there in the shower. A sink for filling up the kettle in the room, so much better than trying to fill it up in the bathroom. Plenty of parking underneath the building at no extra charge. We stayed in the cheaper room and had a lovely water view looking towards the Tweed River. There are many choices for meals at Coolangatta just a short walk towards the sea.

We stay at Twin Towns whenever we visit the Gold Coast. Coolangatta/Tweed Heads is a quieter end of the coast, but has plenty of facilities for eating, swimming/surfing or entertainment. The resort has the Twin Towns club within the building and has a range of eateries, pokies and live entertainment. The resort itself has a nice pool, spa, mini golf course, games room and gym. If you can get a deal with breakfast included, it's well worth it. If you like acai bowls, you won't find better than the Oakberry store across the road. We were well looked after with a 12th floor room with very reasonable ocean and mountain views.

We left some items in the bathroom and called back the next day after leaving. Items had been placed in the lost property collection and we were given a reference number. We made a trip 5-6 days later and we were able to get them. Great work be the cleaning staff and front desk. Thanks.

Awesome view. Pool and spa a winner with the kids. Great sized rooms, plenty of storage and amenities provided. Wished we could have stayed longer. Close walk to beaches and good variety of foods.

The room was awesome with an excellent view. Very nice and tidy. Location of the Mantra is excellent, so close to everything, Bus stop right outside the mantra made it quick and easy to get around and heaps of cafes and food places very close.

Everything went well the room was very clean and the room facilities were very good, We had a great view overlooking the bay and Tweed river which I hadn't expected when I booked the room. Overall we had a lovely stay.
